Although I haven't used this site I know people that have and were satisfied:
http://www.brineshrimpdirect.com/
I usually just buy them from LFS.

I bought mine from them and have been happy.

I also bought the Hatchery Disk - http://www.brineshrimpdirect.com/c1/c9/Hatchery-Dish-p183.html , which was totally worth the $24. Pour salt water in, sprinkle eggs around the outer chamber, and leave it for 24 hours... no electricity, pumps, or light bulbs needed. It's awesome. The yield isn't as high as when I set up a regular hatchery with bulbs and pumps and everything... but it requires zero effort to produce a fairly decent yield.

Are you still using the dish? I just bought one a few weeks ago and I love this thing. It works waaaaaay better than the 2 liter method.......for me anyway.
