nice setup do you have much aggression in that tank? Hi there, Well I do have aggression but mildly, the females flare at each other but protect the fry as a whole. (there are three females all with fry from the same male). The male sometimes gets flared at but he asserts his domanace but only now and then. There's another pair at the other end of the tank which keep to there own too... I had to introduce a juvenile from the growout tank and I haven't seen it since, I'm hoping it made it....

Downsizing, What is that? Oh, just another way of saying I'm going to get rid of a species or two to make room for more species.

Hi What are u feeding ur fry?
Anthony,
Hi Anthony, I feed frozen baby brine shrimp and if possible live baby brine (i get from a LFS locally) Yeah, it's cost effective to buy it than to raise it for me anyways.

Great pics mate Thanks, the male goes from each female checking on his progeny, time to time the females flare up at him but then his asserts his dominance and they flick and the fry dart down into the shells. it's pretty cool to watch. Definately similis has won my heart LOL I'm going to post this photo I found on the internet i use as a desk top photo. This PHOTO WAS TAKEN BY: Juan Molina www.seaframes.com/tanganyika http://www.seaframes.com/THIS CLEARLY WAS TAKEN IN THE WILD! it's named callipterus because you see one right in the middle of the photo but can you see what's surrounding callipterus watching its everymove. enjoy
