That is also a good idea, moving the parents is less harmfull and stressfull for all of us , for me and fish  Grin
Instead of chasing small fry, just pick up the parents with their shells...

The tank size where I keep them is also approx 10g...I still have no idea how many fry do I have, I have some problem with water temperature is about 25C...something is wrong with heater i must purchase new one today...

Is 25C (77F) OK for them?

My tank is set as 25 degrees, although it does fluctuate between 24-26.

Well I didn't know that 25 is enough for them, I was afraid that because of low temperature all eggs/fry didn't hatch...I always thought that 27 is standard temperature...

Well.. I just got myself a breeding pair of these yesterday night. Their in a 29G with a J.Transcriptus that came along with them. the male is very docile around the female, kinda like nudging? and very aggressive towards the julie. Pretty fish. Just waiting for some action Smiley See them around each other every time.

Downsizing, What is that?  Oh, just another way of saying I'm going to get rid of a species or two to make room for more species.

Hey Sean .... Did you have any luck spawning these guys? I picked up an F1 pair yesterday and they look like they're ready to supply me with fry today. She's plump, and he's nudging. I sure they're good parents so I can leave they fry in with them... I'm running out of tank space. Roll Eyes
