Thank you. I never heard of persimmon leaves, but will check those out. Is it something exotic or native?

Persimmon trees are native here in Missouri. Not sure about their range though. I love the fruit--but if you try it before it has fully ripened it's really astringent and plain awful.

I looked up the tree and the fruit. I actually have eaten those when I was a kid :)

I was finally able to buy a few licorice gourami. They are arriving tomorrow!
